  One of the best estate agent. It is my pleasure to meet Sam from the office who helped me a lot on purchasing my new home. He has also introduced great builder and architect for me to extend my new home. It is great experience to buy a house from them, I will definitely come back if I need to sell my house in future.   Josh Kilby has been the sales negotiator taken us around the Chislehurst area and has been the most pleasant, least pushy and honest estate agent we have dealt with across various property searches we have conducted throughout the last 10 years.
  
  Josh is very professional in his approach to viewing properties and he does not try to oversell or push anything on you that he knows may not be suitable. He has great attention to detail and, unlike other estate agents, actually remembers our specific requirements and personal preferences for properties.
  
  We have not been sent any properties by Josh which are not suitable for our search criteria and he has refined his recommendations as he has got to know us and our requirements better.
  
  I would highly recommend having Josh take you around any property viewings and assisting you in finding a home.
